It does sounds like capsular contractor but an in person consultation is important to fully assess you.Sounds like there may be a couple of issues here. Breast changes after breast feeding, as well as CC. Revision surgery in general is more complex and may involve more that just capsule removal and implant exchange. Any New Zealand plastic surgeon with an interest in breast surgery would be able to talk you through things in detail after an examination. Best of luck!

Hi there,The limitation of liposuction is the excess skin (thanks to your four cherubs). Removing fat without skin would give you a more “baggy”, deflated tummy appearance so in my hands definitely a tummy tuck!
