Hi there. This degree of asymmetry is very common following a augmentation mastopexy operation. Try not to worry the implants will settle much further over the next weeks and months. Consultant plastic surgeon and they will be able to assess you.

A small opening of the wound after breast reduction can occur and there is no reason to be concerned. It will heal all by itself in a short time. You are doing all the right things. Just keep it clean in the meantime. See your surgeon if you are worried at all

Hello. Try not to be too alarmed. It is common to be swollen for a few weeks after liposuction and it can take some time for this to disappear. Make sure you wear a compression garment after your liposuction as much as possible as that will help. Make an appointment with your Plastic Surgeon for an examination and I am sure they will be able to reassure you. Good luck!

I presume you are concerned about the appearance of your scars. It appears that they have stretched following your breast surgery. It may well be possible to revise the scars under local anaesthetic in a simple daycare operation. Possible placing slow-dissolving sutures to support he scar for longer if they have a tendency to stretch.
I would discuss this with your surgeon in the first instance.

Without knowing how large you were before your surgery I cannot say whether 50cc is too much, too little or just right for you. I have taken less tissue in some cases, and more in others.
If you have any concerns I would suggest you discuss them with your surgeon who will be able to reassure you.

Breast Difference following differential breast augmentation

Hi there. Without seeing your preoperative photographs it can be difficult to advise. However, differential breast augmentation aims to give a similar volume and as close as possible to similar shape. This can be difficult to achieve is many cases. However, changes to the shape of both breasts will occur for months after your surgery so I would discuss this with your surgeon who should be able to advise you.

Hi, and thank you for your query. As there are no large scale studies into the effects of Botox during pregnancy, we cannot say for absolute sure. However, there is an acceptance within the plastic surgery community that there is little to no chance that the Botox will travel far enough to have any effect whatsoever on the foetus, because it is injected locally into the muscle, not into the bloodstream.
