Thank you for letting us know about your concern with this situation of your eyelids. It seems that you have some genetic predisposition to have this issue. However, you are too young to do the surgery. You can wait a little bit longer and you will be happier to do the resection of the skin on your upper eyelids nearby your 30s.

Thank you for your question. After a BBL the fat cells will respond to weight fluctuations like the other fat cells that you have on the rest of your body. Also, weight fluctuations can cause flaccidity of the skin which is something that you don’t want to have after fat transfer.

Thank you for your question. After looking at your after photos is very obvious that one breast is bigger than the other. It is very important to always ask for the information of the implants that you have. All the implants will have an information card that your doctor have to give you. However, your surgery seems to be very recent. My advice is to wait at least six months to see your results after the swelling settles down.

Thank you for your question Mariarg. After a Tummy Tuck procedure i advise at least 3 months of post op before returning to regular exercise again. Even though you will be feeling great after 3weeks to a month it is best to give the body and the muscles the time to heal properly before challenging them with physical exercise again. Obviously you have excess of skin and fat but it seems like you also have loose abdominal muscles. Therefore you need a full tummy tuck with muscle repair.

The biggest difference between a tummy tuck and a panniculectomy is that a tummy tuck actually tightens the muscles and removes excess skin and fat, while a panniculectomy focuses more on just eliminating the excess skin and fat, leaving the muscles out of the equation altogether.
