Heart condition needs to be assessed pre op by a cardiologist to have permission and suitability for breast augmentation .

In order to achieve satisfactory results with fat transfer, you’d need a fair amount harvested – usually around 200-300ml for each breast depending on the desired volume.

To get a total of 400 to 600 ml of pure fat, we need around 1500 ml f fat extraction from body areas.

Arms don’t tend to have much fat – normally around 300ml, which isn’t enough for breast enhancement.

Results are permanent as long as you maintain weight.
