Heart condition needs to be assessed pre op by a cardiologist to have permission and suitability for breast augmentation .

If medications as anticoagulant are taken , should be supended or find alternative drug which will not interphere with coagulation and prevent the risk for hematoma which are more likely to happen.

In order to achieve satisfactory results with fat transfer, you’d need a fair amount harvested – usually around 200-300ml for each breast depending on the desired volume.

To get a total of 400 to 600 ml of pure fat, we need around 1500 ml f fat extraction from body areas.

Arms don’t tend to have much fat – normally around 300ml, which isn’t enough for breast enhancement.

Results are permanent as long as you maintain weight.
