Thank you for your inquiry. In your case I recommend Rhinoplasty since we need to correct two things, the dorsum and the nasal tip. We need to work on correcting the Dorsum to minimize the width of the nasal bridge and to correct the appearance of the nose hump. The thickness of the nasal tip will be addressed in this procedure, along with keeping the nasal tip on a more elevated angle to correct the droopy nose tip.
