There are times when the implant may penetrate the sinus floor especially if a sinus lift bone graft was done. Swelling is possible but should peak at 3 days then get better. If not you need to see your doctor. Dark blood is old blood and also can occur with this same procedure. There should be very little pain. If pain persists you must see your doctor. Sinus infection is a risk if the sinus cannot drain properly into the nose

From the photos you show the bridge or crowns are not very esthetic. They have a very long appearance.  This may be do to the amount of bone and or soft tissue loss you had or possibly from placement positions . It would be easier to assess if you show more photos from other angles and a copy of your X-rays would be very helpful in figuring out what is going on with your case.

It is normal for dissolvable stitches ( sutures) to come out early which is usually not an issue. What often likely happens is food gets stuck in the site causing pain.  Rinse with warm salt water to help get it out.  Call your oral surgeon to see him and he can give you a syringe to help you clean the areas as well
Nerve damage after jaw surgery?

The nerve to the muscles of this area most likely have not been cut since they are not normally encountered in this surgery.  Most likey, the muscle attachments have either not fully reattached yet, reattached in a slightly different location or some scarring is occurring (most likely).  Normally exercises and massage will break up scar bands and in time this should resolve.  Speak with your surgeon regarding this

If you are experiencing discomfort or something that does not feel correct, make sure to go back and have it repaired or adjusted.  This is especially true if it was done on the opposite side for you.  If they are not willing to back their work get a second opinion from another oral surgeon and or prosthodontist to see what they think.

No you are not doomed.  You may need some bone grafting for certain dental implant options.  For other options like All On 4 Dental implant  procedures or teeth ia a day type procedures bone grafting isnt normally required.  There are multiple options for you.  Seea board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon for your best options.
