Larger breast implants on a smaller patient do not have higher rupture rates. That being said I use some very important measurements when deciding on a breast implant size. Thank you for the question. There are three different incisions normally used for a breast augmentation procedure. In my practice I use the inframmary approach. Hi thank you for your pictures. While it is difficult to give a good recommendation without an examination I would recommend waiting 3-4 months for the issue to resolve. Breasts tend to settle down 3-4 months after the breast augmentation procedure. Your pockets could have been developed differently on the right side or the left side leading to this issue.

The examination includes specific measurements that help me come up with a good size for my patients. Our patients also are able to try on special sizing implants in a bra prior to deciding on a size.

Thank you for your question. In my practice I would not offer you a mini tummy tuck. I would offer you a full tummy tuck with a rectus muscle plilcation. The reason being is that a mini tummy tuck only enables the surgeon to resect a small amount of extra skin from about 6 cm above the vaginal orifice to above. You seem to have a bit more laxity in your skin tissues for that particular procedure.

A bump on a scar could point to a hypertrophic area of scarring which normally is treated by steroid injections or massage with a silicone scar gel. Thanks for submitting your question and photos. It is hard to tell what is going on with your breasts without doing a proper exam. From the looks of the left breast there could be a capsular contracture forming that is causing the left breast to be ‘lifting’ up more than the right breast. I would keep in close contact with your surgeon who should be able to guide you as far as the breast ways to treat the issue.
