Hi Erica, this is a great question and it partly depends on what your definition of ‘natural’ is and whether you mean how you will look clothed vs how you will look naked. There’s no doubt that as long as you don’t go for an overly large implant you can certainly look natural in clothes, but if you are a very slender build with little body fat then it’s true to say that when naked or in lingerie/swimwear some might guess you have breast implants.
