Acne scars can be difficult to treat and o often find using a combination of treatments most beneficial. I would probably start with microneedling or microneedling with radio-frequency.
A TCA peel can help as can subcision and some fillers such as Radiesse.

Botox could help with your condition but it is not a great treatment for your problem ! Unfortunately, injecting Botox for this could likely cause droopy eyelids during the day! Things to consider would be an external weight that uses double stick tape to attach to your eyelid – this would be worn only at night. Using ointment at bedtime in your eyes may also help.

If you had bruising in this area after your injection, this could be residual discoloration from the bruising. If so, you could try Arnica supplements to speed up resolution of the bruising. If you did not have bruising, it is probably the Tyndall effect. This can be reversed by dissolving the filler with Hyaluronidase (an injection by a physician). However, it may dissolve too much of your filler. I prefer Belotero for my moo injections because it is much less likely to cause the Tyndall…
