An in-person exam would be needed to determine if you have more fatty development or true breast tissue excess. Thank you for your question. Silicone implants, generally speaking volume for volume will weigh more than a structured implant. As far as “feel to the touch” is concerned, my personal experience is that the Ideal Implant is somewhere in between the feel of a traditional saline and a silicone, but more toward the silicone feel. Thanks for your question and photos. You specifically asked about lumpiness in your scar. It is difficult to see lumpy areas of the scar directly in the photos, but in general your surgeon probably used some dissolving stitches just below the skin surface at your scar site. With the extent of loose skin that you have and the apparent stretch marks, the procedure that is likely to get you the best outcome would be a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty).
