Lip Augmentation with hyaluronic acid ( Restylane, Juvederm) can be painful. Many providers use topical lidocaine cream that can cause numbness in the lip and inside the mouth. Hi. Usually when there is a yellow light the machine will sound that contact with the skin has been lost. You may not feel any heat during that time. The machine will reset if the technician places the pads correct in a timely manner. If the pads are replaced then the machine starts up again. The treatment will be completed, but it will take longer. I would ask the doctor in the office.
