In my opinion you would more than likely require a lift to restore a perkier shape Implants alone would leave you with breast tissue dropping of the front of the implant It can be done in 1 stage or 2 , uplift first then implant or combination.
Be aware that after weightloss the skin can loose it’s elastic recoil and so revisions are higher in augmentation mastopexy in weightloss patients
