Recent or sudden pain after resuming exercise is not uncommon but I would recommend giving your body some time to rest before restarting your exercise regimen.
Once the pain has resolved with rest, introduce your way back into exercise slowly. If you start feeling pain again, don't push it. You will know what your body can handle and it is important to listen to those indicators.

You can have the fat fat transfer at the time of the implant removal however the fat transfer alone may not be enough to give you a satisfactory breast shape. Removing implants from on top of the muscle can leave you with more excess skin than you would like. You may need a breast lift.

If the symptoms of your UTI have resolved with a course of antibiotic treatment well in advance of your surgery, you should be good. If around the time of surgery your symptoms return, or you develop a fever, then your surgery would likely be postponed and you would be given another treatment of antibiotics. In most cases treatment of a UTI this far in advance of your surgery should result in no delay for your big day.

Some of the reasons the you may be experiencing this is perhaps because of hematoma or a seroma. It does not appear from your photos that you have a hematoma. Laser Genesis generally does not effect the melanin in the skin. We typically advise our clients to avoid sun exposure pre and post laser treatments due to the possibility of hyper-pigmentation, but I wouldn't be too concerned of having adverse reaction from Laser Genesis. In my opinion, Laser Genesis is one of the more safer treatments for skin rejuvenation, but I strongly suggest you call and speak to your therapist regarding any concerns.
