No Pain After Dental Implant Placement…
Jul 26, 2015
Good Afternoon,I have been placing minimally-invasive dental implants for the last 5 years and honestly there is zero pain after implant placement. 90% of the patients go to work right after the procedure. I plan the entire case on the computer with 3d technology and do the entire case as “guided surgery”. No incision / no stitches / no pain!

Feeling My Dental Implant
May 21, 2015
Hello, I would advise getting a second opinion and getting a CBCT scan to see exactly where the implant is in regards to the bone. Was the surgery planned and placed using 3d guided technology? You already had 1 implant fail, the bone may be fragile there. Best of Luck!

Dental Implant Infection
May 18, 2015
Good Afternoon, I would suggest getting to a qualified dentist as soon as possible. You have to determine what happened. Sometimes during surgery, if not guided, the dentist can misplace the implant. A CT scan is only the first step, the next is ACTUALLY doing the surgery guided and planned on the computer so you do not come across surprises or missteps during the procedure. Another possibility is that the dentist “overheated” the bone during placement. The next…

Veneers Can Fix Misaligned Teeth
May 18, 2015
Good Afternoon. I would suggest getting a full set of x-rays, a good set of models of your teeth, and a full set of photos of your teeth, your smile, and your face. Get a thorough comprehensive exam and explore ALL of your options being sure to go over the risk / benefit of each. Sometimes a quick fix will cause more damage in the long run, sometimes it will not. Sometimes you may need gum or bone surgery prior to the suggested treatment. Take your time, find…
How do my Porcelains look? All top. 16 teeth. And it’s not veneers or lumineers. It’s called Venlay.
Venlay – What is it?
Apr 4, 2015
Good Afternoon, I am a dentist in NYC and I have not heard of this Venlay procedure – can you explain the process you went through?

FIx Your Bite Before Deciding on Veneers
Mar 27, 2015
I would suggest getting a full set of photos, models of your teeth and a comprehensive exam. After that, I would look at moving your teeth into a position where you can correct your bite and at least get your teeth edge to edge. After you get things in the right place, then you can go into whether veneers make sense to improve the esthetics. Best of Luck
Can I get a tooth replacement for my right upper 2nd molar?
Dental Implants For Second Molars
Mar 27, 2015
If you want to get an implant in the second molar site, you have to make sure you have enough bone in that area below the sinus. I would suggest getting a full set of photos, models of your teeth, and 3D CBCT scan. First see if it makes sense to get an implant back there. If it makes sense for you and your bite, esthetics, see how the bone looks. You can always get a sinus lift, etc. But I would suggest really deciding if you need / want a second molar replacement.
