Thanks for your query. All reductions usually involve some form of lift and your surgeon is correct in stating this.

The more skin you have and the smaller you wish to be the more issues will exist with a vertical only scar. In my opinion bottoming out is perhaps more common in vertical only scar pattern - however there are issues with the anchor that are less of an issue with the vertical. If you are not getting all the answers you wish for with your PS arrange a second opinion.  
Can I do scarless breast reduction with liposuction?

It is impossible to advise without some photos but liposuction alone can only give a very subtle reduction in volume. You are best to consult with a PS and run through the pros and cons of the procedures you have mentioned.

Thanks for your query. It is best to see your original surgeon and at least get a copy of the photos and notes. Having another BBR should not be an issue but when one performs revisions the more info a surgeon has the better.

You may need some mild steroid cream for this. The tape may be an issue but the distribution may well be related to rubbing on a garment / bra also. I would show your PS and take his/her advice.

The key is to be at your ideal weight and weight stable and have finished your family before considering surgery. Usually 6 months minimum.
