Hi, of course that you have enough fat to get a nice BBL with moderate volume and projections. If you want a really nice body contour, I recommend to you a liposcupture, TT and BBL.

Hi, it is very important for women that had a baby to wait at least 6 months to get plastic surgery because the body is still sensitive to hormones effects and the liver, kidneys, etc., are still hipertrofic for the first 6 months. Actually my preference is to wait 6 months after the mom finishes her breast feeding.

Hi, it is a pleasure for me to answer your question. Usually we recommend 6 months between a plastic surgery and another, but it depends on how fast the recovery is on each patient. Try to get iron-folic to recover the blood account and get a healthy diet to be ready for another round. Good luck

The most important thing before surgery is the confidence that you and your doctor can make, so try to investigate about the CUrriculum of your doctor and contact him/her by web or phone. Hi and thank you for your interesting question. The fat transfer can be affected with too much pressure , mainly the first 2 weeks. Try to change positions every hour and use an special pillow to get sit . One very important issue is not to loose weight for the first month of your surgery. Thank you very much again

Hi, I will like to see your pics. But as I am encharged of the reconstructive unit of an oncologist hospital, I can start telling you that the fat is excellent for cases like yours, because it has stem cells that improve the quality of the skin.
If more space is required to place the fat safely, tissue expander could be an option first, and after few months replace it for the BBL (fat transfer)

Hi, I understand your concern because your two breasts are notoriously different. What I recommend is wait until you have 3-6 months post op to have an MRI done to be sure what is going on with your implants . It can be for many reasons, the most probably reason is different planes of placing the implants.
Of course that your surgeon most be notified of your concern and try to follow all the instructions that he/she give you for your recovery.
