You will still have fat cells in other areas that can increase in size, so it is important to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
Drinking Alcohol and Ultrashape. Any suggestions?

Alcohol consumption is not recommended before or after Ultrashape treatments. The freed triglycerides or fat from the area that has been treated is immediately processed by the body’s natural physiological and metabolic pathways and transported to the liver. Therefore, to get optimal results the liver should not be compromised.
Should I wear compression garments after ultrshape?
Not necessary

Wearing compression garments will help stimulate lymphatics but is not necessary or even recommended for Ultrashape.
