Yes, you can certainly get Vaser Lipo done, which can remove a large amount of fat in one session, and use the fat for augmentation of your breasts. However, you should be aware that fat transfer to the breast can only give limited volume enhancement, and will not correct sagging.Ideally, you should consult a board- certified Plastic Surgeon who will assess you and advise you.

Hi!,
You do have excess fat and skin over your arms. Though Vaser Lipo is superior to traditional Lipo, you will still have residual skin excess and will need a brachioplasty at a later date. Vaser Lipo will allow a greater quantity of fat to be removed initially.

You do seem to have some excess skin in your upper abdomen. You should still be able to get it addressed well by a tummy tuck procedure. A board-certified surgeon would be able to guide you better after an examination.

You definitely seem like a good candidate for all the procedures mentioned by you. Doing them all at once is possible, however better it is done by a team of surgeons rather than a single one, in order to reduce the risks to you. Vaser Lipo is the better option, in order to get better results.

If you are concerned about the skin being loose, it may be better if you got a skin excision done as well. If you only want the nodule gone, and if it is small, a glandular excision may suffice.
A board-certified Plastic Surgeon will give you an opinion on the same at consultation.
