Following this, I completed my specialty training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital in the Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2010. After fulfilling my compulsory service in 2012, where I conducted numerous reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries at Gaziantep Doctor Ersin Soyer State Hospital, I moved to Istanbul. My recommendation would be breast lift and implant for the larger breast and breast implant for the smaller one. Different sizes of implants and also fat grafting may need to be used for better symmetry.
Yes, your scoliosos may affect the result and symmetry of breasts. This should be regarded while marking and planning before surgery.

Hi, regarding you had a symmastia repair just a week ago, probably there is a dead space under the skin and there is a seroma formation at the inner lower part of your right breast. Compressive dressing over this area would help limit and prevent increase of the seroma formation. If the amint of seroma increases, it may need to be drained by your surgeon.

Hi
My recommendation would be a full abdominoplasty. You have excess skin at the upper part of your tummy (upper part of the belly button) as well as the lower part. So, you can get rid of all the excess skin with only full abdominoplasty. Also your belly button can be changed form transvers and deformed shape into horizontal, smaller younger looking shape by full abdominoplasty.

Hi,
Yes, lifting your right alar base to provide symmetry of nasal base is possible. You’d need osteotomities to narrow your dorsal nasal base and improve dorsal nasal lines to get your desired results. Also columellar and tip projection can be provided by cartilage graft support. Nasal base can be narrowed by skin resections laterally, also nasal base symmetry can be adjusted while performing this procedure.
