Hi, the best for every patitent is wait until 6-7 months in order to perform another breast augmentation, it could be in the same pocket or in a new one with or without drain. Just take care the first week trying not to do efforts and weight lift more than 6-8 lb. no exercise one month and free life after two months. I hope you will be fine after your new implants.
