patient came to us with sever gum disease and we extracted all his teeth and went for 6 upper and 8 lower implants with bone graft so as to increase the bone quality. we did immediate implants and then did immediate loading of porcelain fused to metal dental bridge for the patient. In this dental implant bridge we gave pink porcelain at the gum level to mimic the gum.
