Thank you for your question. It's not unusual to have some minor wound healing issues after a surgery. Let your surgeon take a look at the wound to reassess the need for additional wound management. Ultimately with proper care, healing should resume normally with minimal scarring. Best wishes.

Based on your pictures you would probably benefit from using two different sized implants and a lifting procedure on the left breast. I recommend a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with experience with these types cosmetic breast issues .Best wishes.

Thank you for your question. It very important that patients notify their surgeon of any medications or over the counter meds or supplements that they are taking prior to surgery. This should be brought up at the initial consultation to allow enough time to stop taking the product prior to the scheduled surgery.

Thank you for your question. This is a common problem for men that I routinely am consulted for in my practice. I have found a combination of Smartlipo and direct excision, if necessary works great to normalize the appearance of the male chest. This is typically done as an in office procedure under local ( tumescent) anesthesia. Consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with experience treating this condition. Best wishes.

There are other methods to remove the fat.
