Brady augmentation

I think you will be happier if you have a mastopexy or lift.
To get the result you want with more fullness medial and superior a lift will be needed. If you are happy with fullness when wearing a bra, then an implant only will do that.

Liposuction

Liposuction will make your skin more droopy not less droopy.
I do not think you need to do anything, but if you do, liposuction may make it worse

Good luck,

Will a lower facelift or neck lift fix my sagging crepey skin?
Facelift

A facelift would be beneficial to correct the loose skin of your neck and jowls.

Would I benefit from internal bra with lift?
Mastopexy
May 22, 2022
Although it’s impossible to tell everything from a photograph, I think you would benefit from having a standard lift with standard anchor incisions. This would make your nipple complex smaller and get rid of the skin that’s hanging at the bottom. I don’t think an internal lift alone is going to make you happy. Good luck.

Breast augmentation
May 14, 2022
You do not need a lift. Your nipple is well above your inframammary fold crease and therefore put in an implant alone and that will push the nipple up at out, you should not need a lift.

Mastopexy
Mar 19, 2022
I do not know where you gotten your information, but I disagree with your premise. I would not expect any significant loss of size with a breast lift. At most when the top layers of skin are removed, if done properly, you might lose half a ping-pong ball in size but no more than that. You should talk to your plastic surgeon, and if he tells you you were going to lose size, I would seek out a surgeon that does it differently.

How much excess skin can be removed with a benelli/donut incision?
Mastopexy
Mar 15, 2022
I would discourage you from considering a donut mastopexy. When you remove skin around the nipple it tends to flatten the breast so you’ll have a normal breast shape until it gets the nipple and then it will flatten. If you truly need a lift do the standard anchor scar lift. You will be much happier.

Good luck,

BA + BL almost a year ago, got 350cc's HP gummy bear implants. Bottomed Out?
Mastopexy
Mar 12, 2022
It looks like you may want a revision of your mastopexy to decrease the distance from your nipple to your fold.
Good luck

Breast Implant size - lift or not?
Breast sugmentation
Mar 12, 2022
Your photos suggest you do not need a lift, meaning your nipple is above your fold. Bigger implants take up more loose skin, but do not go larger than you want to be.
I would suggest go with the size you want, and if you have loose skin 6 months later, then decide if you want a lift or larger implants

Abdominoplasty
Feb 13, 2022
For a breast lift I would expect the majority of my patients including my hairdressers take a week off at the most. Abdominoplasty requires two weeks for most people but no heavy lifting or strenuous work for 4 to 6 weeks. And I do not think you should pay extra for muscle repair as that is considered part of the basic procedure by most of us.

Good luck,

Do I have tuberous breast syndrome/tubular deformity? Any advice/suggestions for surgery?
Mastopexy
Feb 10, 2022
I’m not certain you have tuberous breasts, but I am certain a mastopexy would make you happy. You’ll be trading a scar around the nipple straight down the middle of the breast and in the crease line for a perky round breast with a smaller nipple areolar complex. I think you would be very happy with that.

Good luck,

Breast lift

Which procedure to do first is strictly your choice. It makes no difference. Which ever area bothers you the most is the area I would fix first.

Options to correct breast asymmetry?
Asymmetry
Jan 28, 2022
Your options include a reduction on the right with an implant on the smaller side to make them match. You could do a reduction on the ride to make it match that left side currently, or you could do a lift on the ride keeping it the same size and put an implant on the left to make them match
Good luck,

Will lipo give me a nicer stomach?
Liposuction
Jan 19, 2022
Liposuction removes excess fat. You have minimal fat. The problem you demonstrate in your photos is loose skin which has been stretched from pregnancy. Liposuction will not help and possibly make it worse. Your abdomen looks fantastic, do not let anyone touch it with liposuction. Continue your exercise and watch your diet, and be happy with your appearance.
