Hi, unfortunately you will not get veneers on the NHS. In general you only get the most basic treatments in the NHS, like black fillings, dentures and extractions. Firstly, have you seen an ENT (ear, nose throat) specialist for an assessment, that would be first on my to do list! I agree, something can always be done. It looks like the only way to achieve an ideal result is to have brace treatment, in combination with jaw surgery. If you would be happy with an improvement, then you might get this with just braces – but this would not close the bite completely. I would see a few orthodontists, as some will only give you an all or nothing treatment plan. I hope this helps!

Hi, first of all, I am assuming that the teeth and gums are healthy, if the tooth has recently moved into this position, there may be a gum or tooth issue.
