A lot of factors determine cup size- which also varies depending on bra company, your frame, existing breast tissue, measurements, etc.

170cc to 220cc is not likely to be a big change of a full cup size, and is likely not worth risking another surgery.

If your measurements allow, a larger increase such as 100cc (270cc implant) may give the results you are seeking and should be discussed further with your plastic surgeon.

In my experience, many patients avoid full tummy tuck and its scar with Vaser ultrasound liposuction. Especially with good muscle tone.

This will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin in majority of cases, avoiding additional procedures.

Noninvasives such as Cool Sculpting have limited results.

Tummy tuck with Vaser liposuction should give optimal results. In our office, we do not perform Emsculpt with tummy tucks.

In my opinion, Emsculpt should not be performed first months post op as muscle tightening is healing and may be jeopardized. Perhaps, Emsculpt before tummy tuck to enhance muscle tone, but should be discussed further with your plastic surgeon.

Your arms do not have the typical lax skin which usually requires an arm lift with long scar.

All breasts are different right to left before and after any surgeries. This includes size, shape, projection, ribs, muscle, folds, upper poles, etc. They will never be exactly the same, especially without a bra.

Your breasts appear very similar, size, nipple position is good, not a lot of skin laxity to warrant a lift. Some right to left differences but a lift or revision would not improve them, in my opinion.

Regular follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended going forward .

Breast lift and breast reduction very similar- a lift removes and tightens skin for a perkier breast. If you want them smaller, then some tissue can be removed as well. Both procedures will have same T scars.

This can be combined with a tummy tuck to remove most of the stretch marks under your belly button.

Unfortunately, cellulite is extremely difficult to treat. Mainly genetic, treatment risks need to be considered.

As such, Laser liposuction can reduce cellulite but will not make the skin 100% smooth and offer some tightening. It is minimally invasive unlike larger thigh lifts which also will not totally erase the areas.

Frustrating for both patients and plastic surgeons, options with their limitations and expectations should be discussed further.

In my experience, you do not seem to have enough lose skin to warrant a tummy tuck.

You appear to be a great candidate for Vaser ultrasound liposuction to remove stubbiest and enhance contours.

Six pack can be achieved afterwards by continuing diet and exercise.

An alternative is Vaser 4D high definition for enhanced six pack and other areas if desired. This is a much more intense procedure with longer recovery for final results.
