Gap, Crocket, Can’t Whiten, Want a Normal Smile, What Can I Do?
smile for life….

Well, you have a foundation for a great smile. We need to spend more time understanding you missing tooth isses and your bite relationships. It's possible to balance you current bite and then design a new smile using veneers which can improve any shape, color or other cosmetic issues that might concern you. Veneers don't age or darken over time so they will always look nice as time goes on.

Gums Receding at Abnormal Rate, Options?
before your very eyes…..
Mar 29, 2012
Genetics plays a very large roll in all of this and then there is oral care, cleanings and effort! No, you can't see the gums receding but, will happen over time and possibly years. If you are to lose teeth the whole dental process becomes expensive and time consuming. You don't want that.

Well, not in pain is great news! Having two boys myself i understand. Yes, I believe the other dentist is also correct in saying rct's on those two teeth and possibly post. Then later in life possibly swao those tow teeth out for implants and beautiful cosmetic teeth.

Which Do I Need, an Orthodontist or a Cosmetic Dentist For Issues With Front Teeth?
The Smile You’ve Always Wanted…..

While these are good answers form the other docs, it seems to me that we can't see any of your lower teeth…why? Its most likely that you have a "lost of posterior vertical space" of which a ortho may be able to address but, if it where me I'd fine a Neuromuscular Dentist with cosmetic post. grad traning. In this way we could open your closed space and get the final results I think your looking for!

What Can Be Done About my Gaps and Baby Teeth?
Smile for a day or smile for a decade…..

A new smile is a beautiful gift to yourself and something you'll be proud of everyday! That being said, there are many things to think about in a case like your. Gum issues, tongue thrusting, ortho issues, many missing adult teeth and possibly loss of vertical in your smile. For a long term answer I would think about implants if your bone is of the proper quality. Then, a combo restorative case of crowns and implants would be in sight.

I Have Spacing Issues, as Well as Periodontal Disease. Is Comestic Treatment Right for Me?
A new smile is something you’ll wear everyday!

Seems like we are all on the same page on this issue. Periodontal disesase is a problem that must be dealt with before any cosmetic work is to be done! That being said, implants and cosmetic dentistry do go hand in hand and the final and stable results can be fantastic. Please remember that if you have had perio for a while then the possiblitlity that you have lost supprt in your bitte is a key and rebuilding the back support will not only help you smile but,…

WK,

A beautiful new smile is a great thing…!! Something your enjoy and wear everyday, as I have over the past 25 years! But, the foundation of the bite and the function of the entire bite is of monument importance! If your bite has a normal vertical demension, or the opposite, if your teeth have been worn down or there are missing teeth is a key factor as to the life of your new smile. I am guessing that this is the reason your dentist might be asking you…
