Thank you for your question. Your jeans make it hard to judge, but you may benefit from a 270 degree tummy tuck or a tummy tuck with an incision all the way around (circumferential body lift). An in-person examination is needed to decide. I agree with Dr. Hagstrom regarding how to find the right surgeon.

With a properly performed surgery and a carefully chosen implant, I would not expect a wide gap. If you'd like to narrow your gap, especially at the bottom, fat grafting can be performed to sharpen and define your cleavage lines. Choose your surgeon carefully.

It's a good question. Based on your photos, you appear to be a candidate for a full tummy tuck. This will allow removal of skin from your entire abdomen and repair of your muscle separation from your ribs down to your pubic bone. I would speak with your surgeon about your goals. In general it's a good idea to go up by 100 cc's if you would like to see a noticeable change in your cup size. It's always a rough estimation, but 200 ccs is generally at least one cup size in most people. You always have the option of deflating your saline implants in the clinic and then trying on implants in a sports bra. If your surgeon has Vectra imaging, you could also do 3D imaging after implant deflation. Good luck with the process!

As you know, it's essential to have a low scar after a tummy tuck procedure, so that you can wear any bikini or clothing that you desire. Based on your photos it appears that you are a good candidate for liposuction. You're right that you don't have a lot of fat to transfer to your buttocks, so it's important that you have a noticeable result from the liposuction and then the Improvement of your buttocks becomes somewhat of a bonus. Make sure to consult with surgeons who perform a lot of liposuction and fat transfer procedures.

Thank you for your question. As you know, removal of a 375cc implants will lead to a significant decrease in your breast size. Fat grafting is the best way to restore some of the lost volume, but it's important to have enough fat available for transfer and you will require 2-3 sessions. As a first step, liposuction, fat grafting and breast implant removal can be performed. If you desire additional volume additional procedures can be scheduled 3-6 months later.

It's a great question. Every surgeon has a different postoperative protocol. I actually don't use any special bras or wraps in my office. My patients go without a bra from day one. I find that being able to not wear a surgical bra is more comfortable. By minimizing pain as much as possible most of my patients only take ibuprofen after surgery. Great question. The various implant manufacturers have different measurements and volumes. It can certainly be confusing. I think that the most important thing is to find a plastic surgeon who will take the time to discuss all of your options to help you choose the right implant for you. I find that most of my patients choose a moderate or moderate-plus profile implant.
