Hi there many thanks for your mail and photo You do have mild asymmetric tubular breast deformity and can be improved with a combination of breast augmentation with mastopexy. Depending on individual experience it can be one or two stage and mastopexy is either circumarrolar or vertical. I do one stage with vertical scar mastopexy

I am assuming there is no pelvic mass for lower abdominal dullness.

There is nothing like perfect symmetry in nature and hence some asymmetry is norm.
In your case it very subtle and I would suggest to leave it as risks of surgery outweigh benefits and improvement is subtle.

Many thanks for your query and sharing your photos. There was an element of breast asymmetry pre pre operatively as you suggested and evident by different nipple height.hiw ever on tight hand side you have pseudo ptosis or bottoming out ans it is due to increased nipple to infra mammary gold distance. Need to assess the eye opening function and sometimes prep asymmetry is manifested
If eye opening us compromised then possible reasons are
Mild.eyelid ptosis
And mild squint
More often than not there is a pre operative asymmetry and it is noticed after surgery.
If there is good elevator function then levator muscle ( muscle that help in opening the eyelid) tightening procedures will help.
For mild squint eye surgeon may help perhaps with…

3. Is there any seroma or fluid collection on one side
Depending in the answer treatment varies
Also some people have significant chest wall asymmetry giving rise to asymmetrical results

Hi there
Blephtoplasty causes temporary weakness of orbucuaris occuli muscle, Muscle which helps in closing the eye.
It is temporary and does resolve in majority but can take few to several weeks .
To overcome it, lid supporting procedure is used routinely in most of modern techniques such as canthopexy.
One can still have mild ectorpion which is usually paralytic in nature I.e.weakness of muscle , mostly temporary.
Sometimes excessive skin removal can also lead to it…
