Dr. Jabs completed his early education at the University of Southern California before receiving his doctorate in immunology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He went on to obtain his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago, which was followed by general surgery training at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York City and plastic surgery training at Columbia University. He served in the U.S. Army at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he was a major in the Department of Plastic Surgery during Desert Storm. He has been in private practice since 1989.

His humanitarian work includes medical missions to Haiti and Guatemala, performing reconstructive plastic surgery on children who have facial deformities such as burns, cleft lips, and cleft palates.

Dr. Jabs is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, as well as the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Jabs is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

He has served as the president of the National Capital Society of Plastic Surgeons and has been on the International Committee of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has also been named a top plastic surgeon by The Washingtonian and Bethesda magazines.

Hard to tell from the angle the photos were taken. In addition it appears they were taken in a mirror which reverses the sides. Photo no 3 shows some bottoming but it may be due to the angle of the photos. A preoperative view would help to know what you were dealing with before surgery. Not sure exactly what you are describing but assuming that you have a lateral or low implant then a revision of the inframammary crease is what is indicated. This can be done under sedation only and involves re establishing the crease below the breast. Both sutures and heat (applied via the electrocautery used in surgery) can help in defining this area.All the Best, Dr. J

You appear to have a grade 3 ptosis, which means your nipples are well below the inframammary crease. No matter what is done, you will need a lift. Large High Profile implants will just give you a large mass above the nipples which will then appear to be falling off the breast. By the photos you supplied you may be fine with liposuction of the neck and botox to the glabella (frown muscles). A chin implant would also improve the result. I believe silicone is better in general. If you are planning on losing weight be sure you don't end up with excess breast skin that would require a lift.
