A patient on whom a hybrid ultrasonic and preservation rhinoplasty has been performed. She has a high dorsal hump and all bone work has been acrried out using piezo-surgery ( ultrasonic) to reshap the bone. The sof tissue and cartilage reshaping is performed using preservation techniques where the cartilage is not removed but is reshaped and re-configured in position which maintains long term structural integrity.
From the front view a bulbous tip has been refined and a curvature in the nasal bridge has been straightened. (Nov 13, 2023)
