Thank you for the information. From the picture it seems that you have lost fat around the eye which is giving it a empty and tired look. This sunken appearance is also making the skin look darker. The ideal thing to do in your case would be take fat from elsewhere in your body (with the help of needle) and inject it around the eye to give it youthful incision. all this will be done with the needles so no stitches and no scarring. Final decision can be taken after examining you.

Implants placed under the muscle does decrease the performance of pectoral muscle dependent exercice in some patients. Also under the muscle implants does lead to longer time to return back to weight training compared to over the muscle. Also under the muscle implant may sometimes cause pectoral pain during weight training involving that muscle. However as far as the appearance is concerned both above and below the muscle implant have similar satisfaction level.

If you are 10 stone it could be possible to do BBL. However I doubt it will be something like the wish picture. i would moderate my expectations as injecting too much fat into the buttocks is counterproductive and unsafe. Depending on the tissue characteristic each individual’s buttock can accommodate only so much fat. If the amount of fat injected exceeds the capacity of the buttock then most of the fat will get resorbed. Proper clinical assessment will determine what is best for you

Yes this is classic tuberous breast. here the lower pole of breast which is shrunk needs to be expanded and the prolapsed areola to be reduced in size. The lower half of your face does look recessed compared to the rest of face. I am basing this assumption on just one side view photo. I feel you should consult your plastic surgeon or maxillofacial surgeon and maybe you will require a special X ray called the cephalogram to assess the position of your jaws in relation to the rest of face. Based on the findings on this X ray further treatment can be planned.
