After earning his medical degree from Bristol University Medical School, Dr. Murphy received fellowship training at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He then went on to obtain his Master of Surgery degree for research at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Buckinghamshire. In 2004, the same year he founded Manchester Plastic Surgery, Dr. Murphy was granted the position of consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Christie Hospital in Manchester. Six years later, he left the position to concentrate on his private practice full-time.

Dr. Murphy has been named one of the best body surgeons in the United Kingdom by Tatler magazine. He is a member of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, the United Kingdom Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

It's difficult to be 100% specific without examining you in person, of course, but, it does look like you have a degree of deviation of your caudal septum which is pushing the footplate of your lower lateral (tip) cartilage outwards. This can be a relatively simple thing to fix but it can also be quite complicated as it could have an effect on the appearance of the rest of your nose. From your photographs, it looks like your lift was relatively recent, your scars are still a little pink and the lower pole of each of your breasts is a little flat and square, which will improve over the next few months. With regards to having implants, I would wait a little while yet but I do not think you will require a second lift and I am sorry but I have to disagree with the advice your surgeon has given you.

The answer has less to do with the amount of breast tissue and more to do with the thickness of the subcutaneous fat above the breast. If you are very slim, it would probably be better to have the implant under the muscle but, with careful management of the muscle retraction, you can get good expansion of the constricted breast base with a tuberous breast either way. It's very difficult to answer that question without meeting in person, or at least seeing some photographs via a virtual consultation. the combination of a C cup breast with 500cc implants in addition sounds quite big but, if you are quite tall, you may carry this combination fairly well.  This sort of device has been around for many years and, whilst the concept may have an appeal, many surgeons (including me) have felt that the risk of complications outweighed any potential benefit. From the photos you have supplied, you appear to have a fairly classic configuration for somebody who is seeking rhinoplasty. The issue of function is a little less straightforward as they can be a number of reasons for impingement.
