In general it should be just fine to get Botox after your labiaplasty procedure. It you had some type of flu-like response to it last time, I would discuss that specifically with your doctor who administers the Botox to see if you should do it again, or perhaps switch to Dysport. It's pretty rare to have a reaction to either, some people just tolerate one better over the other, or one brand might be a bit more effective than the other. Good luck!

6-8 weeks should be good if you are having the abdomen and sides of your abdomen (flanks or love handles) treated. Others body parts might take longer to see a noticeable difference. I have done the treatment myself and saw little difference after the first one. I did start to see a difference of the flank area after two.
