A breast lift and breast reduction are two different procedures with two different goals. A breast lift is best for sagging breasts, where a reduction is for heavy breasts with excess breast-tissue. When preforming a lift, I will remove skin to shape the new areolas and establish a perkier breast. If I end up needing to remove some breast tissue (in grams) for symmetry, I would note that one breast had a slight reduction.

Voluma is a filler that can be used to mimic bone structure in areas such as the cheeks, chin, and jawline. When working in a delicate, soft area like the under eye, I would use something that would blend into that area well, such a Restylane-L. I hope this answers your question!

Thank you for sharing this photo, unfortunately, it is hard to tell by this photo if you have “bottomed out” but, you may have what’s called a “double bubble.” You should  be examined in person by a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast implant revision surgery so that he/she can determine exactly what is going on and properly correct the issue.

Great question! The length of the incision usually depends on how much breast tissue is removed, It does appear that your scarring is abnormally high. Also, these photos do show that your scars are hypertrophic. I would consult with your surgeon about your concerns and figure out the best treatment plan.

After reviewing your pictures, most likely a breast lift plus implants will give you the results you are looking for. You should consult in person with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine your breasts and give you the best recommendations.
