Thanks for your question, Yes is very important to be very specific about what you want and what you expect. Most of the surgeon approach the fat to enhancing your butt. They are not difference between procedures cause are different. Liposculpture is a term to get lipo in multiple areas, BBL with the fat that we get can transfer that fat to buttock.

Thanks for your question and picture Based in your picture look like can maybe newsboys after healing a tummy tuck, but is important to wait at least 6 months, Try during this til to get the proper lymphatic massage and wear the garment to help to skin to paste. Keep the instructions also from your surgeon and waiting time, also lose weight can help. Good luck and happy healing
