Your BMI is high for vaser mid definition operations. But if your skin elasticity is good enough you will be have a good result with vaser liposculpture. Firstly thank you for your question and sharing your photos. In my opinion you are in a wrong way if you want a comfortable and long time result you have to chose smaller implant and short scar breast lifting. I recommend you vertical scar augmentasyon mastopexy. You are a good case for plastic surgeons because we have losts of thougt for discussing about you.good luck.

If you sure the implants are the same size ı recommend to you ultrasound examination for seroma or any fluid collection. Very very rare ı saw swallen due to same position like you but it has to dissapear first 3 months.
I’m almost 19 and thinking about getting silicone implants. Any advice?

Every countries has lots of different laws. In turkey we havent any limits after adolesant time. I operated lots of young girls 18-22 and ı didnt saw any problem . I am using silicone implants but ı think its up to your surgeon.
