Thanks for the question. Looking at your picture, it doesn’t look like opening of the wound but an abrasion from the pressure garment and seems superficial. The treatment given to you is perfect but try to keep it covered until it heals and make sure your pressure garment is not too tight and rubbing against the suture line as the area is numb initially any injury is not perceived. It looks superficial and daily cleaning and dressing will heal it up fast probably by 2 weeks but…

Don’t be concerned about cc of implant sometimes even 350 cc looks too small for a broad frame. Your PS must have examined you and your skin envelope to recommend this size. Don’t get worried about the size ,350 ain’t that big, go ahead with your surgeon! Good luck

Yes snoopy dog deformity can happen in implant placed over the muscle in cases where envelope is too tight ( skin and gland) and pocket creation is inappropriately higher .

Thanks for the question! Looking at your picture and the time period , you look perfectly fine. Swelling and stiffness takes close to 3 months if you have undergone lipoabdominoplasty. Please take care of what you eat and start with 45 min walk a day, it really helps mobilize water from edematous area and also relieve the stiffness.
