Hi! Every surgeon has their own post op pain protocol and there are options to oral tablets in the form of pain relief patches or liquids / syrups to augment the pain relief. You could discuss this with your PS and not him, the anaesthetist will be able to recommend adequate pain relief following the surgery.All the best, and I wish you a speedy recovery. Hello! I believe there is some miscommunication between your PS & you. There should be no reason to have broken ribs following a TT procedure, but you could rarely have tenderness over some area following surgery which might mimic a broken rib, if not several.I wish you a speedy recovery. Hello! Thank you for writing in with your pictures. It all depends on how far into recovery you are at this point. Post liposuction the contour irregularities can improve over 9-12 months. You could start manual lymphatic drainage & ultrasound assisted treatments with your physiotherapist to hasten the recovery and address these concerns.If its been over 9 months to a year following the procedure then you would need to see a board certified surgeon to decide on the further course of action. …

Hi! just be patient and follow your PS’s advise very closely. The necrotic tissue will need to be debrided and it will take a while to heal.
