Dr. Hodge then attended the Connecticut Combined Hand Surgery Service for his hand surgery training before completing his plastic surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Hodge also holds membership with the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has been named a RealSelf Top Doctor. In the photos it appears that your nipples are above your breast crease, and you do not have any droop. So I would only suggest abreast augmentation to achieve a fuller look. Good luck!

If you are going to get a large implant, you may not even need a crescent lift because the augmentation will give a mild elevation of the nipple areolar complex. That way you could avoid the scar around the areola. Good luck!

I always tell my patients that the implant width should be slightly narrower than your natural breast width. As you get larger in volume, you get more lateral fullness (side boob), and you increase your risk for permanent changes in nipple sensation and numbness. Good luck!!

Based on your photos, I think the 275 cc implant will fit you very well. I assume since you don't like the rounded look, you are getting a moderate profile implant. This is a less projecting implant that will give you upper breast volume and a natural slope to the breast. Good luck!

Based on the photos, I would not suggest a lift. The Benelli procedure can make the areolas smaller and slightly elevate the nipple. The trade off is a scar around the areola. If you don't want that, the augmentation alone will slightly elevate the nipple as well. Good luck!

Part of a full tummy tuck is repair of the diastasis. Most people getting a tummy tuck also get liposuction as part of the procedure. The flank area can be liposuctioned first, then the patient can be turned to continue with the remainder of the procedure. Good luck!

Based on your photos, I would suggest a breast augmentation combined with liposuction of your abdomen and flanks (lower back). I would also suggest a mini-abdominoplasty to tighten the lower abdominal tissue after the liposuction. This could all be performed with one procedure. Good luck!

Based on your photos, I would suggest that you can certainly improve the abdominal appearance with a mini tummy tuck. However, your best results will be with a full tummy tuck. A breast lift will elevate the nipple and improve the shape of the breast, but will not add volume. That is why I would suggest an implant for upper breast volume. Good luck!

I would suggest a deep plane facelift combined with fat grafting to your nasolabial folds and midface. An upper lid blepharoplasty could be done at the same time for one recovery. Good luck!

I would suggest neck and chin liposuction first and see if you're satisfied with your results. If not then proceed with a facelift, most likely a deep plane. To rejuvenate your eyes, I would suggest a fat transpositioning procedure to soften the tear trough. Good luck!

To treat the wrinkles around your mouth a would suggest microneedling, profractional laser resurfacing or an ablative laser resurfacing which is more aggressive with more downtime. Regarding the jowls, I would suggest a deep plane facelift which is the most powerful lift of the medial cheek and jowl area. Good luck!
