You have a very nice figure to begin with. We can't see your abdomen/hips to determine the full amount of available fat. Keep in mind that an unknown amount of transferred fat (30-70%) will be absorbed, which could leave you with only 100cc or less. Whether that is worth the extremely high cost that you have been quoted can only be decided by you. Perhaps seek a few more consultations with American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeons. Good luck!

It appears that you need to have the right breast fold reconstructed, by whatever technique is chosen, and either a wider based implant on the left or placement of the implant under the muscle if not already in that position. You've shown us 3 photos, presumably the result after each of your 3 surgeries. But you don't state that. We also do not have the pre-operative photos to confirm or refute whether you had pre-existing nipple position asymmetry. My guess is that you did, and pre-operative asymmetries can sometimes be magnified by breast augmentation. Review your pre and post photos with your surgeon for a discussion. Good luck!

My advice is to get a few more consultations. At rest you have minimal wrinkling. There is no excess lower, and minimal upper eyelid skin. In general, lasers can be used to tighten lower eyelid skin, erbium not being the best. But you don't even need that. Blepharoplasty at 33 is a bit premature. Thank you for providing pre-op, 3 month and 15 month photos. I would argue that, in fact, your breasts ARE pretty and your results are very good. Although there is some asymmetry, breast asymmetries are normal, and indeed, you had asymmetries pre-operatively, including a shoulder height difference. If it is really bothersome to you, a slight lowering of the left implant would likely be a reasonable and relatively minor procedure. Good luck!
