I missed some little hairs shaving. Why did she not remove them before she used the laser?
Brazilian Laser Hair Removal
Mar 15, 2018
Laser hair removal can take anywhere from 5-7 sessions to see maximum hair loss. It is not uncommon at all to not see more than 20% hair loss after each session, as the hair needs to be in the growth phase to be affected by the laser. It is up to the provider if they choose to shave patients or not, your provider may not shave patients. If you have missed areas shaving and they do not shave there is a good chance they did not treat the area with hair. If they treat…
I have an appointment for Brazilian laser removal, but got a hemorrhoid can I still go? Will it effect
Hemorroid and Laser Hair Removal
Mar 15, 2018
I would recommend against getting laser treatment while you have the hemorroid. You need to let the office you are receiving treatment know so they can reschedule you.
How long will laser hair removal last? 5 years? A lifetime?
Hair Removal Permanent?
Mar 5, 2018
Laser hair removal is meant to be permanent. However, with hormone changes and if you don’t do follow up treatments, there is a chance some hair may come back. It is not guranteed or 100% likely you will see the hair come back.
Are these Alex settings ok for my laser hair removal? I have pale skin. I have dark, coarse hair. (Pho
Laser Settings
Mar 5, 2018
It is impossible to tell if the settings for your treatment are correct without having an in-person consultation. The technician needs to see the skin and hair type to make the right choice for the setting. If you don’t feel like you get results from this treatment you should mention that to the technician so they can turn the settings up.
Laser hair removal and deep tissue infection?
Laser Hair Removal and Infection
Mar 5, 2018
It is absolutely NOT common to get an infection that requires antibiotics after laser hair removal. Sometimes a patient may have skin irritation from the laser, but unless there was an underlying issue or open sore when the treatment was done, I would reach out to the facility who treated you and probably not return to them again.
Will applying laser skin treatment on the beards for men stop hair growth at that area?
Laser Skin Treatment
Mar 5, 2018
I am not sure what you are asking here. If you are asking about laser hair removal, then yes applying the laser to the beard will stop the growth after the appropriate number of treatments required. If you are referring to having an IPL facial for example, then no the hair will not be affected.
I want to get rid of my large tummy after 2 kids. I would like a non surgical procedure.
Non Surgical body contouring
Mar 5, 2018
SculpSure would be a great option if you are interested in sculpting one specific area with no downtime. SculpSure is a non-invasive 25 minute procedure. Usually 2-3 treatments are needed. I would recommned going in for a consultation with a provider to see if you are a candidate.
