That is a great question. Yes, Botox improves the overall movement of the muscles from  functioning by stopping the muscle from contracting. However, if the wrinkle has become etched in the skin and is present when the muscle is not functioning, Botox will not eliminate the wrinkle, but it will soften it the more frequently you get Botox which is usually recommended every 3-4 months. Thank you for your question, you are an excellent candidate for Necklift with that being said you will have very small incisions behind the ear lobe that are very thin and hidden behind the ear lobes. You could have a mini facellift under local. But even with that being said I would still say it’s best to get a medical clearance from your cardiologist regarding your condition and stopping any blood thinners if you are on any. Thank you for your question.  The answer depends on your goals and to truly answer, you will need an in office examination.  If you have stubborn areas of pinchable fat would be idea for noninvasive treatments such as Coolsculpting.Now if you are wanting to go down inches in your waist line and have more of an hour glass figure, I would recommend Smart Lipo. Thank you for your photo's and submitting photos You appear to be a good candidate for Smart liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back. The need for a tummy tuck can be assessed later. Tummy tucks are great if you are wanting that "Snatched Look" and if you have lots of loose skin. If recovery time is an issue for you as well I would first do Smart Lipo then recommend a tummy tuck if needed down the road.

Coolsculpting would be an option if you are looking for something competently non-invasive over a period of 6 months to really see any result. Thank you posting the pictures with your area's of concern.  I think you are a perfect candidate for Smart Lipo to the lower abdomen and flanks (love handles).  However I do not think you are a tummy tuck candidate the laser lipo will tighten any loose access skin  from underneath and remove any stubborn fat. Great question , I would say you appear to be a great candidate for Smart Lipo to help define your abdominal area or flanks which ever is your area of concern! Laser lipo will give you a more sculpted look and we can target those stubborn fat areas. Using the laser will tighten any loose skin as well. I suggest still seeing a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to discuss your personal aesthetic goals.

Thank you for your question!  If you would like to tighten your breast pocket, this may really only be achieved with a breast lift.  You are a candidate for a Periareolar Mastopexy (incision is limited to the border of the areolas).  This will leave you with minimal scarring as well as fully tighten the breast envelope.
