50? Are you implying you are old. ??!!  Fifty is the new 40 !!.For one thing you are planning to eat right until the day you die  so yes, any imporvement on your teeth is worth it . Anything is worth at 50 I have to add .

Invisalign however has a very limited indication : just mimor movement of less than 15 degrees and a few mimlimiters . You will not be able to move teeth that are under a bridge neither. Faster more efficient  movement is achieved wtih…

Laser whitiening is becoming an obsolete way to withen teeth . Right now the market has evolved so much whith whitening products that we are capable of applying a peroxide whithening gel and get results without the need of any type of light . being a laser or a visible light ( zoom) .

It is not common but it can happen. Many times bite forces are the reason that a screw in an implant gives . Extra and non axial forces can cause fatigue, and breakage

Invisalign has very specific indications : You can only move teeth 15 degrees and about 3 mm.

More than that you need braces. By looking at the picture it seems you would be a candidate . Or better yet you are a candidate for clear braces with the 6MontsSmiles method . It moves teeth faster and more efficiently than invisalign

Invisalign will correct the position of your teeth but it will not change the shape of the arch. For that you needed a palatal expander when you were growing up  . I recommend the 6MonthsSmiles method instead
