The surgery consisted on a Short Scar Face lift (scars only in front of the ear and inside the sideburn hair) + SMAS plicature (which is the repositioning of the inner structures of the face) + Neck liposuction + Platysmaplasty (eliminating the vertical muscle bands of the neck) + Chin Implant + Fat grafting and filling the deep sulcus in the face.
