Thank you for your question and for attaching photos. You should find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who has the Sciton laser. We love this laser as it is far superior to the old CO2 lasers. This is more tunable/adjustable and provides excellent results. I am confident a fully ablative erbium laser will drastically improve your scars. There are some pre-laser things you will need to do as well as post-op care, but Google Sciton and find someone in your area with it. Best of luck.

The implants will just fill out more on top and the breast tissue will "hang off" the implant like it is now. Because of your nipple position, you really need the full "anchor" incision for the lift.
