No, you should have no problem flying back. After your surgery you will spend a few days maby a week in a recovery house, them you will go home.

You look to be a very good candidate for a TT. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and they will be able to give you a more accurate assessment once they examine you. I would consider liposuction of your lower back as well to optimize you waiste contour.

Based on your pictures, you are good candidate for a full TT with BBL and a breast augmentation, your BMI should be 33 or less and it is important to have a stable weight in order to have any surgical process.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.
