Thanks for your query. You have very good results from the procedure. The only possible explanation of your issue could be the neuralgia ( sensation due to nerve injury. My suggestion would be to consult a physiotherapist to localise the affected area and give you some non invasive therapy .

Thanks for asking my opinion.
I always combine my tummy tucks with the liposuction to give the best results. I would suggest Vaser lipoplasty to address the fat pockets. However your plastic surgeon would explain to you, the best solution for this.

Very sorry to hear your disappointment. If you did not sign for belt lipectomy but only standard tummy tuck, your surgeon shouldn’t do that unless he has a specific reason to do that e.g extending the scar to deal with the dog ears.
On the other hand if he did not do buttock augmentation with fat transfer, he needs to explain to you why did he not do it. Sometime surgeon makes a judgment call on table in the best interest of the patient. If he thinks that risk-benefit ratio is tilting more…

Hi. Sorry for your inconvenience. Although it’s ideal to remove the drain when it’s < 30-40 mls in 24 hours but I would not leave this that long. You need to understand that drain itself may cause irritation and production of more fluid. In this scenario, I warn my patient of seroma collection which could need needle aspiration after removing drain and put them in a tight compression garments plus abdominal binder. However from your description, it seems like you have a deformity called tubular breast with deficiency in lower pole of the breast and nipple areolar herniation. Hi there You don’t need to sleep with your legs raised 6 weeks after TT. At 6 weeks time your scar strenght is amost 70 % of your body strength. I don’t give silicon gel sheets to all my TT patients as a prophylaxis, unless they have genetic tendency to develop hypertrophic or keloid scar.
