Hello! and Thank you for your question!
What your PS is saying is correct. You do not have sufficient skin to have a full tummy tuck. With that said, in those cases we do a mini tummy tuck, it removes the amount neccesary of skin, providing you a great result.
Always look for a board certified plastic surgeon!

You would be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with aditional liposuction of the flanks. Wouldn't suggest to get liposuction alone, as your skin could get very loose.
