Botox comes in a powder form usually containing 100 units and has to be mixed with Saline. Different physicians use different dilutions of Saline to mix the Botox. In general, Botox is usually diluted between 2-3 cc’s of Saline per 100 unit bottle. No matter what dilution is used, each cc will contain a certain amount of units of Botox.
